R&J Medspa Refund Policy

• Services: All treatments and services are non-refundable once they have been provided. Treatment results may vary from person to person, and R&J Medspa cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes.

• Deposits: Deposits are refundable when an appointment is canceled at least 48 hours in advance. If you choose to reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit may be transferred and applied toward the rescheduled appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in 100% forfeiture of the deposit.

• Packages: Prepaid treatment packages are non-refundable once the first session has been used. Cancellation and rescheduling fees may apply to individual appointments booked under a prepaid package in accordance with our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.

• Products: Unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Opened or used products are non-refundable.

• Gift Certificates & Promotions: Gift certificates, promotional offers, discounted services, and promotional packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

By purchasing a service, package, product, gift certificate, or promotional offer, or by booking an appointment with R&J Medspa, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to this Refund Policy as well as our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
