Refund & Cancellation Policy

At R&J Medspa, we value our clients’ time and our providers’ reserved schedules. To ensure that appointment times are managed fairly and efficiently, please review our deposit, cancellation, and rescheduling policy carefully before booking.

Deposit Policy

A deposit is required for treatments that require an extended appointment time. Your appointment will be confirmed once the required deposit has been received.

The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy for Appointments with a Deposit

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

• 48 hours or more before your appointment:
  Your deposit may be refunded or transferred to a rescheduled appointment.

• Less than 48 hours before your appointment:
  100% of the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows:
  100% of the deposit will be forfeited.

A new deposit may be required to schedule a new appointment after a late cancellation, late rescheduling, or no-show.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy for Prepaid Packages

For clients who have purchased a treatment package, late cancellations and rescheduling will result in a deduction from the applicable treatment session.

• 48 hours or more before your appointment:
  No deduction or cancellation fee.

• Between 24 and 48 hours before your appointment:
  50% of the applicable treatment session value will be deducted from your package.

• Less than 24 hours before your appointment:
  100% of the applicable treatment session value will be deducted from your package.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows:
  100% of the applicable treatment session value will be deducted from your package.

Facial Appointments

Facial appointments have limited availability and are reserved specifically for each client during designated esthetician hours. Therefore, the same cancellation and rescheduling policies apply to facial appointments and facial treatment packages.

By booking an appointment with R&J Medspa, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to the deposit, cancellation, and rescheduling policies above.
