Refund & Cancellation Policy
At R&J Medspa, we value our clients’ time and our providers’ reserved schedules. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before booking.
Deposit Policy
A deposit is required to reserve your appointment.

For all laser and injectable treatments, the deposit will be deducted from the required treatment deposit amount.

For facial treatments, the deposit will be deducted from the full treatment cost.
Facial appointments are scheduled with limited availability because our esthetician comes in during designated hours and only a limited number of clients can be accommodated. For this reason, facial appointment deposits are applied toward the full service fee and are subject to the cancellation policy below.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We kindly ask that any appointment changes or cancellations be made in advance.

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the appointment:
→ Eligible for a full refund of the deposit. -
Cancellations made 24 hours before the appointment:
→ 50% of the deposit/service fee will be charged. -
Same-day cancellations or no-shows:
→ 100% of the deposit/service fee will be charged.
